The School Council recently helped a student from a Birmingham College who was travelling to Gambia to work with children in a local Nursery School. The children in our school felt that it would be nice to send art and craft supplies for the children to use in their school. Olivia took the supplies with her to Gambia and she sent the school Council some pictures of the children in Gambia whilst working with the resources. Olivia told us that the children were thrilled with the materials and that they had never painted before. They used their finished pictures to decorate their classroom walls.
